Solutions / SaaS
Ship the product and the pipeline together.
A SaaS company is really three systems that have to feel like one: the product, the plumbing under it (auth, billing, onboarding, permissions), and the marketing site and funnel that bring people in. Medhya Labs builds and runs all three.
That means an app architected to be extended for years, billing and access control that are not an afterthought, and a site and growth engine that are measured against pipeline.
Where it usually goes wrong
SaaS teams tend to over-invest in features and under-invest in the plumbing, so onboarding is clunky, billing edge cases pile up, and the marketing site looks like it came from a different company. Meanwhile growth is reported in signups with no line of sight to revenue.
What you get instead
- A codebase your next engineering hire can read and extend
- Billing and access control that hold up under real edge cases
- A marketing site and product that look like one company
- Growth reported in pipeline and cost per customer, by channel
How we approach it
We scope the data model and the permission model first, because retrofitting either is the most expensive change in SaaS. Auth, billing, and onboarding are treated as core product, not glue. The marketing site is built from the same design system as the app.
On growth, we instrument the funnel end to end so you can see cost per customer by channel, run SEO and paid against that number, and tune the onboarding flow with the same rigour as an ad campaign. Product-led motions get the analytics and experiments they need to actually be product-led.
What it pulls in
- Build →
The product, auth, billing, and the marketing site as one system.
- Automate →
Onboarding, in-app triggers, and CRM sync.
- Grow →
B2B SEO, paid, and onboarding CRO against pipeline.
- Create →
One brand system across product UI and marketing.
Questions
- Can you work alongside our existing engineering team?
- Yes. We can own a workstream, extend your codebase, or take the parts your team does not have bandwidth for. Most engagements start with an audit of what exists.
- Do you do fractional CTO or advisory work?
- We do hands-on senior engineering, and part of that is the architecture and technical decisions a fractional CTO would own. It is delivered as work, not just advice.
