Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 August 2026
This policy explains what information Medhya Labs (“we”, “us”) collects when you use medhyalabs.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Medhya Labs is based in Punjab, India and Toronto, Canada, and works with clients worldwide.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, the message you write, and the goal you optionally select. We use this only to reply and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, request time and path) to keep the site available and to detect abuse. If a page throws an error, a diagnostic report (the error message and stack trace, the page URL, your IP address and user agent) is logged so we can fix it.
Cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to function. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or other tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide services you ask for.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests (running and securing the site, responding to enquiries). Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we process personal data for the lawful purpose of responding to your request and providing our services.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, under contract and only as needed:
- Vercel: website hosting and server logs.
- Zoho: delivery of contact-form emails.
These providers may process data outside India, including in the European Union and the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, plus a reasonable period afterwards. Server and error logs are retained for a short period (typically up to 90 days) and then deleted or aggregated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email contact@medhyalabs.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply standard security headers and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
