Solutions / Ecommerce
The whole ecommerce stack, run by one team.
Ecommerce businesses usually end up with a storefront from one vendor, automations from a freelancer, ads from an agency, and nobody accountable for how they fit together. Medhya Labs runs all of it: the store, the systems behind it, and the demand that feeds it.
That means a checkout built to convert, inventory and order data that stays in sync without anyone re-keying it, and paid and organic channels measured against revenue rather than sessions.
Where it usually goes wrong
The common failure is a store that trades fine but leaks everywhere around the edges: abandoned carts nobody follows up, a catalog that drifts out of sync with the warehouse, ad spend reported in clicks, and a checkout that loses a chunk of mobile traffic at the payment step.
What you get instead
- A checkout measured and tuned against completion rate, not guesswork
- Catalog, orders, and fulfilment in sync with no manual re-entry
- Paid and organic in one report, against cost per customer
- Lifecycle automation that recovers revenue while you sleep
How we approach it
We start with the funnel and the back office at the same time. On the front end that is checkout speed, mobile flow, and the product pages that actually earn rankings. On the back end it is the integrations between the store, the inventory system, the CRM, and fulfilment, so the data moves on its own.
Growth runs against one number, usually blended cost per customer, with paid and SEO sharing a single report. Lifecycle automation (cart recovery, post-purchase, win-back) is built once and left to run. If it helps, we stay on afterwards to operate the whole thing as a retainer.

Questions
- Do you build on Shopify or something custom?
- Both. If Shopify or another platform fits, we build on it properly. If the business has requirements a platform cannot handle, we build custom. We pick based on your catalog, your integrations, and where you are heading, not our preference.
- Can you take over an existing store?
- Yes. Most engagements start with an audit of the current store, its integrations, and its channels before we change anything.
